C channels are used to support cable trays hanged with three rods. The normal thickness of C channel are 1.6mm,2.0mm,2.5mm and the standard lengths will be 2.5meter.

We do manufacture departmental store racks. These are easily detachable and compact in size with perfect and technically proved designing. We stand in front in production and supply. The colours of these racks are customized.

Slotted angles are manufactured from slitted sheets, of various thickness with uniformity of parallel holes, enabling different usage. We have the facility of fabrication this from roll forming machines. The roll forming machines ensure the neatness in finishing and facilitate mass production

Raceway trays are closed one with cover without any perforation. The sizes can be customized as per requirements of customer. Inner partition can be done in these trays. The sizes ranges from 150mm to 1200mm in width and standard lengths will be 2.5meters. These trays are used to run delicate and soft Cables fully covered and safe guarded.

Pigeon hole racks are with small inner partitions enabling the storage of minute materials. These racks are all three sides covered with sheet with front accessing. The inner partitions sizes are customized one.

These trays are fabricated from M.S sheets or PreGalvanized sheets. Perforated is done on the top of the trays, for ventilation and to tie the cables. various widths are available in standard lengths. The raw materials are procured from the reputed and authorised steel plants like JSW,POSCO,TATA and ESSAR steels., giving the highest priority in finishing and smoothness of cable trays ascertaining the safety of the cables run on it. PreGalvanized trays are straight away used after fabrication ,No finishing is done on it . Ms trays are treated with enamel paint or powder coated painting or hot dip galvanizing.

Panels for steel racks are fabricated from the CR sheets of various thickness. Lengths and widths are customized Side bendings are ensured to bear the recommended loading capacity. The thickness of the panels are suggested as per the loading capacity.

Ladder type of cable trays are used for distributing heavy duty cables, This may be economical to perforated cable trays with desirable features. The loading capacity is more , the strength of the cable trays can be tuned as per requirements. As perforated trays ladder trays also are fabricated from M.S sheets with different finishing and PreGalvanized sheets for direct & immediate installation. The best advantage of ladder type cable trays are that moisture can’t accumulate on them.

Heavy duty racks are fabricated to carry heavy weight and good volume of materials. These are used in ware-house, logistics, automotive industry and other areas, to cover massive storage. The materials are used of high density and thickness. Generally the maximum height will be 5meters, and lengths up to 3meters, Width ranges from 600mm to 1500mm. The loading capacity of each level will be not less than one tonne. The Decking panels are made up of G.I sheets.
