These types are generally interchangeable with Single Point Tools and are intended for use where the standard of labour is such that a User hesitates to issue the less robust single point diamonds.

Diamond lapping compound for all precision polishing and lapping application. Specially formulated using high quality Diamond powder. Powders used are examined under a microscope to ensure consistency. Available in various grades in powders and paste form.

This is DIATUF tool, they are intended for use without serving until all diamonds are consumed.  

The Dragoon contains specially selected long stones, which are interlocked in layers, in a powder metal blade. This type of setting allows the tools to be fully consumed in use, no servicing is required. This is an important factor on automated and high production grinding machines. These tools are being used on a large number of centreless, cylindrical and surface grinding machines where accuracy of form and finish are important and in certain cases, the Dragoon has surpassed the more expensive polished chisel type for profiling work.
