Outer and inner medium duty pipes are made out of 50mm & 40mm (wall thickness of 3mm) erw tubes conforming is 1161 grade yst 22 & fabricated with top & bottom plates are 6mm thickness, malleable cast iron nut, pin and hook assembly and one coat of blue primer.

These inner member possess matching holes for fastening of props on top of each other to win additional heights. Along with this, a 36 mm center hole aids in inserting stirrup head fitments or U head to keep wooden or steel bearers of slab centering. To embed the wooden runners/bearers on to props, nail holes are rendered at head & foot plates. Massive adjustments in heights are possible by embedding lock into holes that are rendered in the inner member. Whereas, fine adjustments in heights are made possible by ratting the malleable iron nut on the outer member.
