We offer platinised titanium anode. “tifab” offer platinised titanium mesh plate anode for gold rhodium plating, platinised niobium mesh plate anode for aluminum hard chrome plating. The coating thk will be 2.5 micron – 10 microns as per party’s requirement.

We offer pipe and pipe fittings. Titanium is fully resistance to solutions of chlorites, hypochlorites, perchlorates and chlorine dioxide; common chemicals in the pulp and paper industry. Brine solutions, brackish sea water and other waters will not detract from the performance, nor will most oxidizing chemicals and acids. Titanium also has some application in reducing acids as well, where corrosion resistance is critical. Standard and nonstandard “one-off” products are available ranging from seamless and welded pipe fittings like elbow, tee, union, coupling, reducer, half-coupling, pipe cap, plug, bush, nipple, bend and stub end producing ½” nb to 6” nb. With our customer’s demand, we also undertake fittings, flanges and fasteners on zirconium, nickel alloys like hastalloy-b, hastalloy-c inconel, monel, tantalum, niobium and molybdenum etc.

We offer insoluble anodes. “tifab” electrodes (anodes & cathodes) consist of a basic component, which is responsible for mechanical stability and uniform current distribution. As titanium has all these character, insoluble electrodes are manufactured with titanium as basic component. Occasionally electrodes are also made from nb, ta or zr. In general, electrodes are available in the form of plate, mesh, rod, wire, ribbon, and customs built. Electrocatalytically selective electrodes from “tifab” are superior to conventional nickel, lead, lead alloy, steel, graphite & magnetite electrodes.

We offer heating & cooling coil. Heating & cooling coil are manufactured from 100% mill product and hydro tested. The coils are made from ½” dia – 2” dia pipe with the wall thick of 0.5 mm – 1.5 mm thk. As per astm standard. We are manufacturing helical type, round type, square type and oval type, those coils are made from titanium, zirconium, tantalum, nickel & its alloys.

Copper Flexibles are manufacturing, by using high power automatic hot-pressure resistance welding. Tinned flexible and Cryo treated flexibles are also available on request.
