OXY-ANR DAIRY bioculturs are being developed by our team of scientists at our R&D facility. These aerobic bacteria were carefully selected from a wide range of beneficial bacteria that synergistically work well under aerobic conditions. These bacterial consortiums break down the organic matter in the dairy industrial wastewater such as carbohydrates, proteins, and fats in the absence of an oxygen environment.
APPLICATION AREA
Dairy processing effluents mostly include milk or milk products lost in the technological cycles (spilled milk, spoiled milk, skimmed milk, and curd pieces) and contaminants from the washing of milk trucks, tanks, cans, equipment, bottles, and floors. Milk processing effluents have an increased temperature and large variations in pH, TSS, Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD), COD, Total Nitrogen (TN), Total Phosphorus (TP), and Fat, Oil, and Grease (FOG).

Break down organic matter-such as carbohydrates, Proteins, Fat, Oil, and Grease in a faster manner.
These bioculture undergo hydrolysis and break down the organic matter further into smaller ones.
Mesophilic bacterial hydrolysis will enable the ETP under normal temperature conditions. These primary bacteria produce reduced Ammonia, Mercaptans, Hydrogen Sulphide, and CO2.
Complete reduction in pH, TSS, BOD, COD, TN, TP, and FOG.
DOSAGE
Normal ETP systems 2 kg of OXY-ANR DAIRY is directly mixed with an Anaerobic Tank. The organic contents are minimal up to 50 KLD.
ETP systems have been heavily filled with organic matter 3-5 kg of OXY-ANR DAIRY directly mixed with an anaerobic tank.
Once the condition of the ETP system is restored.
1 Kg of OXY-ANR DAIRY for normal organic matters and 2 kgs of OXY-ANR DAIRY for heavily loaded system per day per 50-100 KLD.
