Decoking Pig Decoking pig is an indispensable tool for Cleaning the total hard coke deposits formed in the inner surface of furnace tube(coil) This replace conventional cleaning of furnace tubes either by chemical or combustion method Pigs fitted with pins uniformly studded around the surface of the pig throughout its length while travel through the tube and scrapes the hard coke deposits from the inner surface of tubes and coils As the coke deposits are removed bigger size pig is used to further scrapping the coke till the entire coke deposits are removed. This ensure safe deposits removal in a short time without damaging the tube(coil)

Batching Pig Batch   Batching /Cup pigs are called also called as unidirectional pig which is generally made with 2 & 4 cups attached to the steel mandrel, mainly used to separate dissimilar fluid such as gasoline, Heating oil, etc. These pigs are used for gauging the dimensions of the pipeline before product is launched in the pipeline. It serves the purpose of light cleaning, line filling, Dewatering, Batch separation, etc. For short distance batching, dewatering applications rubber cups of neoprene /nitrile rubber is used. We offer Batch/Cup pigs for Sizes from 3” to 72” of different pipe schedule.

The coating on this Pig is made on criss cross pattern used in Regular Cleaning & Dewatering applications. This foam Pig is coated on the surface with Polyurethane elastomers in a criss cross pattern & used for heavy cleaning & dewatering.
