pring Brake Actuator consists of service and parking chambers. The air pressure applied into the service chamber is converted into mechanical output force. The parking chamber provides the mechanical braking force to park the vehicle. In addition, mechanical release arrangement is provided to release the parking brake. Internal Breather Valve (IBV) provided in the parking chamber enhances the life of the parking brake and ensures trouble-free life.

Graduated Hand Control Valve (GHCV) is used to gradually apply and release the parking brakes by exhausting the air in the spring side of the spring brake actuator in proportion to the handle movement.

Usage : Medium and heavy duty commercial vehicles

Electronic activation of the EBS braking components reduces response and build-up times in brake cylinders. This in turn reduces braking distance by several meters, which can be decisive in some situations. The integrated ABS function ensures driving stability and steerability throughout the braking procedure.

Automatic Load Sensing Valve (ALSV) has been designed to regulate the braking force on a particular axle in proportion to the load on that axle, and it is controlled by the variations in the spring deflection of mechanical suspension systems. With ALSV, the regulation of delivery pressure takes place automatically in response to the change in the load sensed on vehicle’s rear axle.
