Its main motor is also equipped with ac variable drive to synchronies the winding pattern. This machine is also equipped with length counter to reach exact wire length and stop the machine. The spool is provided with pneumatic operated tail stock to clamp the spool and it's also reduces the loading -unloading time for operator. Pneumatic cylinder is also provided to hold the wire during reloading operation of spool. The machine is provided with 9+9 vertical and horizontal killing rollers to set the better cast and helix.

The cut wires loaded in the hopper descending down one by one through hopper liners assisted by an agitating mechanism driven by a cam and connecting rod.
The agitating mechanism is powered by a standard motorized reduction gear box The descended wire pushed into a wire feed gear box by a set of rotating hardened and ground pickup rollers through hopper wire guide. The wire feed gear box feeds the wires by a set of hardened and ground rotating feed rollers to the extrusion press through wire guides.
