From the incessant research towards product quality and technological innovation Veejay has revealed a user friendly Random Assembly Winder (AW) which has robust design with simple and ergonomic concepts produces packages with a variety of yarns and sizes. There are two models namely VJAW-6 and VJAW-8 for 6 inches traverse and 8 inches traverse delivery packages respectively.The Random Assembly Winder is focused to minimal wear and therefore requires very less maintenance. Each individual winding head of the machine is fitted with individual motor piloted by an inverter which ensures programmable take up which ensures speed , soft start according to the parameter of doubling speed, soft start according to produce better quality packages at higher production rate with considerable power saving.

Because of no split and no patterning zones in this winding system, smooth unwinding in twisting is assured. The Excello is a custom built Automatic Cone Winder suitable for winding wide range of yarn counts from 2s Ne to 120s Ne. It can process cotton to jute yarn and vegetable fibres to syntheticblends. Both conventional and non-conventional yarn including Lycra core and cover yarn can be wound with ease and at desired package quality. The machine is designed to accept all latest generation electronic yarn clearers like Uster Quantum 2, Loepfe Zenit Spectra Plus and Keisokki Tri-Chord Tri-Chord Flex. The Excello ACW produces ribbon free, compact and consistent package. And it is also equipped with Sintered Knife, a unique feature for proper cutting of yarn with long life and maintenance free.
