After blow-drying the coated pieces are required to be cured in an air circulatory oven. The articles are required to be cured at 160 Deg. C for 20 minutes. The pieces may be either loaded on the Trolleys for convenient handling or loaded in the Oven in any suitable manner.

In a conventional Convection type Oven the air inside the oven, the panels and the entire component is heated to the required temperature. In the process there are attendant heat losses and enormous amount of energy is consumed in direct proportion to the size & weight of the components, the oven etc. Subsequently, the component needs to be cooled to be able to be handled. The heat dissipated is released into the shed which again needs to be extracted out into the atmosphere.

These ovens are specially designed for curing of powder on the metallic parts. After powder coating, the product is hanged on the trolley and then it is pushed inside the oven for the curing process. The working temperature of these ovens is from 180 to 220 degree C. The standard sizes range from 75 cu ft to 500 cu ft. The panel is mounted on the side of the oven or can be a stand alone panel.   Product Description Construction: The oven is made out thick gauge mild steel sheets from inside and outside. The structure is properly welded and re-enforced where ever necessary. Insulation: The body is insulated with 125 MM of mineral wool to minimize the heat losses during operation. Paint: The oven is given enamel finish from outside and high temperature aluminum paint from inside. Choice of Air circulation: Horizontal or Vertical Trolley: Each oven is accompanied with one set of trolley which can be accommodated inside the oven. The trolley is made of heavy duty angle iron structure having the provision of hanging arrangement. Shelves made out of M.S angles and wire mesh can also be provided at an extra cost.
