The American Polywater Corporation PowerPatch® : Leak Repair System provides fast and effective “in-field” leak repair for transformers, PILC cables, and other oil and gas insulated electrical equipment. Once a leak has been temporarily stopped using the two-part Putty, the Sealant is applied and cures to form a strong, durable patch. The PowerPatch® Sealant is the functioning patching material. PowerPatch® System is supplied with all the materials required to seal electrical insulating oil and gas leaks. The sealant bonds to polyethylene, lead, aluminium, ceramic and steel.

asy-Seal Regular Epoxy Putty Compound is a two component room temperature curing, easy to use multi-purpose epoxy putty. It useful in sealing, gripping, joining, insulating variety of surfaces like ferrous and non-ferrous metals, porcelain, ceramic, marble, concrete, granite, ivory, asbestos, glass, wood, certain plastics, etc. On curing, the compound sets into a hard mass that can be drilled, tapped, machined, cut and then painted. It has a good electrical insulating properties and the cured product is resistant to moisture, heat, mild acids and alkali. It is ideal for industrial, electrical, automotive, grouting civil cracks, general & household, handicraft applications. Resin and hardener components are equally mixed with both hands by rolling between two palms until a dark grey color (like dried cement mortar) is attained.

DU LEVEL 30 is a thixotopic leveling product with characteristics of high pace hardening and drying, compensated shrinkage, and best for irregular non planer substrates correcting up to 30 mm thicknesses on floors and walls. Its high qualities of thixotropizing polymers are resistant to an alkali environment and balance a rapid and secured application. It is a secure application for substrates, to be a ready base, before lying of ceramic, homogeneous tiles,natural stones, parquest and resilient materials.

It sets hard within 20 minutes at room temprature however it takes 4 hours to cure. A-SEAL Judwan can be used for sealing, joining, insulating filling and repairing a variety of materials like ferous and non-ferous metals, ceramics, R.C.C, asbestos, glass, some plastics and even wood. Remove the wapper, cut the required quantity with a blade or knife. Mix thoroughly by twisting and kneading till a uniform colour is obtained. Apply on a surface free of dirt, rust, oil, grease or paints. Roughen the surface by grinding with a sand paper for better adhesion. Rewrap the remaining putty and keep in the container.
