Having opening lid on the top of vessel suitable for cleaning and falling purpose. The vessel fitted with pressure gauge, pressure release valve disable at 17 psi pressure. Provided with inline fitter for sterile incoming and outgoing air. Vessel is also provided by built in cooling coil for inlet and outlet of cold water. The inoculation port and sampling ports, one ports fitted with temperature gauge. The entire fermented assembly is covered with steam jacket having safety valve and auto pressure cutout device.

Top plate ports : Acid , Alkali , innoculum, feed, Temperature probe, pH probe, DO Probe, Antifoam probe, Cooling finger, Cartridge Heater, Air Inlet, Air outlet etc.. Standard package includes Mild Steel powder coated control panel with Modular Digital PID controllers for Temperature, Agitation, pH and DO. Advanced control panel with Color Touch Screen HMI and PLC control available optionally. • Standard package will have a In-built Cartridge heater for temperature control. • Temperature range: Ambient to 65C • Temperature accuracy: ± 0.5 C • Temperature control using Heating Blanket instead of Cartridge Heater is also possible • Cooling by means of passing water into the cooling finger is standard. • Jacket for Cooling instead of Cooling finger can also be offered.
