The cold boxes or bags are used with a refrigerant or coolant such as our ice packs which are formulated for specific temperature ranges from -0.5 °F (-18) to 46.4 °F (8).
SENSO Safe Cold Ice Packs are filled with refrigerant gel which is non-toxic, can absorb a considerable amount of heat, and since it’s specific heat capacity is very high. They could be used in coolers to keep disease-bearing foods (meat, milk products, eggs, Chocolates etc.) below 46.4 °F (8°C) to keep them safe for eating.
