CEE DEE VACUUM designs, manufacture and installs vacuum pressure impregnation plants suitable for all types of impregnation varnishes, oils, resins etc. The plants are useful for impregnation of LTHT motors, generators coils, HV motors. The system can be designed for special applications like silver nitrate impregnation, carbon impregnation etc. In this case, the pressure applied is critical and needs special care.

The Impak range has been designed to provide the maximum variety of cooling forms and enclosures, whilst still utilising standardised electrical components. Two stator frames have been developed for each frame size : a horizontal foot mounting frame, mounting designation IM 1001, and a vertical flangeskirt mounting frame, mounting designations IM30113611. The horizontal foot mounting frame has an open top with Impak high voltage range Frames 355, 400 & 450 machined faces to accept the cover or heat exchanger. The vertical flangeskirt’ mounting frame has two open sides with similarly machined faces. The specified range of cooling forms and enclosures is available on each mounting arrangement. We are using 2 type of Servo motor and Drive packages to achieve Winding and Unwinding operation.Traverser will be unique design with LM Guideways and Ballscrews integrated with 1:1 connection of the servo motor.Control panel to house Drives and Operator Panel with 4 line HMI for Operator Interface. Uncoiler will be provided with brake chopper and brake resistor for maintaining Tension. Wire break is detected by Proximity switch. Complete operation will be controlled by ABB frequency Drive PLC unit with 3 inch HMI display. HMI will be placed in operation panel and Main PLC in the main control panel.
