The Grant Accessory cooling systems allow systems to operate at or below room temperature by means of a cooling coil dipped into the bath; designed for minimal impact on working area. The C1G and C2G refrigerated immersion coolers Consist of a nickle plated copper cooling coil connected to a refrigerated unit by a flexible pipe. Extract heat continuously, with the bath control unit controlling temperature. Compatible with all four Optimaâ�¢ thermostatic controllers: T100 TC120, TX150 TXF200. The cooling coil may be immersed in liquids up to 100�°C but the cooler should only be used to cool down the liquid not to operate continuously above 40�°C.

These units are utilized to cool and maintained the coolant sump of machining centre and grinding oil of honing machines at required temperature. The unit is mounted directly on top of the tank and the stainless steel evaporator section is immersed into the Coolant / Oil. The units are equipped with a digital temperature indicator cum controller to maintain the Coolant / Oil at a desired temperature and have all the general features of our hydraulic oil coolers. The Siskin Ultrachill machines are built with a flexible evaporator to achieve -85 ºC in an insulated and evacuated vessel of 2.5 to 3.0 liters. It helps a researcher perform ultra low temperature reactions OR in some cases, aids as a cold trap. The adaptive PID control and superior class Pt-100 RTD sensor guarantee excellent temperature accuracies defined for a reaction. These machines can also be manufactured with a rigid probe (instead of the standard flexible probe – see RFC-90 RP for more details) and are generally used with a magnetic stirrer for better temperature uniformity.
