Adhunik TMT rebars are produced through Primary Steel making route using virgin iron ore from Captive mines by the world's most advanced technology,- The Tempcore Process - in collaboration with Centre de RechaercheMetallurgiques (CRM) Belgium. Adhunik TMT Bars are subsequently processed through the in house DRI Plant consuming Iron ore mined from own Mines, which is further channelled through Induction Furnace, Ladle Refining Furnace (LRF) to refine the steel to the fullest extent and a Continuous Casting Billet Machine (CCBM). The resultant Billets are of superior quality, containing low sulphur and phosphorus levels and ensures the desired and consistent properties in the rebar. Adhunik TMT Bars are IS: 1786:2008 Certified forFe-415, Fe-415D,FE-500, Fe-500D, Fe-550& Fe-600 grades.

The perlitic structure and the reticular phosphide distribution along with the good graphite formation give high wear resistance and improved running properties in poor lubrication condition. Our CuZnAl-alloy guides are with excellent wear resistance and low coefficient of friction. At Jai Auto Industries, all our cast iron bars are manufactured having minimum hardness of 93 HRB (200 BHN).
