We are offering Kaolinite has a low shrink-swell capacity and a low cation exchange capacity (1-15 meq/100g.) It is a soft, earthy, usually white mineral (dioctahedral phyllosilicate clay), produced by the chemical weathering of aluminium silicate minerals like feldspar. In many parts of the world, it is colored pink-orange-red by iron oxide, giving it a distinct rust hue. Lighter concentrations yield white, yellow or light orange colours.

Kaolinite is a clay mineral, part of the group of industrial minerals, with the chemical composition AlSiO. It is a layered silicate mineral, with one tetrahedral sheet of silica linked through oxygen atoms to one octahedral sheet of alumina octahedra. Rocks that are rich in kaolinite are known as kaolin or china clay. Kaolin, also called china clay, soft white clay that is an essential ingredient in the manufacture of china and porcelain and is widely used in the making of paper, rubber, paint, cosmetics, ceramics and many other products.

Kaolin is chemically knowns as hydrated Aluminum silicate used any many industries such as Ceramic (Glaze, Engobe, Body grade), Paper, Plastic, Rubber, Pharmaceuticals, Porcelain, Cosmetic, Ink, Dyes, Fiber glass and Paint Industry. Kaolin is derived from clay mineral mainly from China clay however Sandy clay and potash clay is also used for kaolin manufacturing. It is layered silicate mineral and found in many parts of the world especially in India. A clay mineral in rough format (Direct from mines) has impurities and metallic properties. We process raw clay mineral and remove unwanted minerals and impurities to get quality and industry ready to use material. Our processed kaolin is in high demand in various industries in India and worldwide. Our kaolin clay powder price in India is the most competitive and affordable. We guarantee the best quality and the lowest price for kaolin, whether it is in lumps, noodle form.

Kaolin is made up of Mineral Kaolinite, with a chemical formula of Al2Si2O5(OH)4. It is mainly a form of soft clay made up of Hydrated Aluminum Silicate. Kaolin is also known as China Clay and is a naturally occurring mineral which is whitish in color and is odorless. It can also be Reddish Brown, Dark Brown, Yellow or Even Grayish in color. It is developed from granite with the chemical reaction that took place due to moist and hot climates. Kaolin can partially use to replace TiO2 and even substantial it can also replace Synthetic Aluminum Silicates. When it has bound with water molecule it is termed as Hydrous Kaolin. When this clay is set to high temperatures, that process is called Calcination and Kaolin Calcined is formed. Kaolin when mixed with water to form Slurry and further processing it, we get water washed Kaolin or washed China Clay. Kaolin finds its application in Paint, Plastic, Paper and Ceramic industry, Pharmaceutical and Drug industry and also in Rubber Industry. Kaolin is widely used and has many functional benefits, therefore, Jyoti Chemical offered Kaolin is strictly as per our requirement with high level of purity. Our offered Kaolin is chemical and shock resistance and has high whiteness along with brightness. Jyoti Chemical offered Kaolin is of two types i.e. Hydrous Kaolin and Kaolin Calcined, available in Powder, Lumps and Granules form.

Kaolin also called as China Clay is nearly white in colour. It is distinguished from other industrial clays based on its fine particle size and pure colourings. Its ability to disperse in water makes it an ideal pigment. The primary constituent in kaolin is the mineral kaolinite, a hydrous aluminum silicate formed by the decomposition of minerals such as feldspar. Hydrous kaolin is characterized by its fine particle size, plate like or lamellar particle shape and chemical inertness.
