Lubrication During the slitting process a lubricant is used to facilitate winding and subsequent textile processing. The maximum lubricant content does not exceed 2% for unsupported yarns. The standard lubricant is of non-sticky type and has been found ideal for most applications. Also available metallic fibres of 51mm in length. Dyeability With the exception of the colours transparent and iridescent, type M is not suitable for yarn or piece dyeing. Processing For twisting and use in the weft of weaving we recommend our bi-cone for overhead unwinding. In case of narrow weaving type M can be unrolled from the flanged bobbin to the warp.
