    • The PC conversion kit for Microvickers Hardness Tester is easy to install kit for optical Microvickers Hardness Tester. The system includes High resolution CCD camera with adapter and captures 90% field of view. Put this unit at eyepiece and it is ready to operate. The unit is USB powered. As you plug in USB video capture, power is sourced by USB port and no other power supply is required. This makes it ideal for measurement with laptop. The system comprises specially developed image processing software for automatic measurement, Software is proven in industry and is being used since many years to get reliable and accurate readings in less than a second. The Software Has Various Features As Magnification Of Image. The Software Includes : Online indentation setting and focusing on PC monitor. Facility for Auto / Remote Auto / semi Auto / Manual modes of operation. Well managed database saves readings w.r.t. batch and certificate. Report generation in the form of certificate and graph with variation and histogram. Facility for calibration and check of calibration. Advance image processing algorithm implemented for automatic measurement. Statistical data is provided for a batch results and include standard deviation, mean, medium, minimum and maximum reading.
