The kettle shaft is derived with a pair of V-belts with special tightening arrangement. This prevents slippage of V-belts and this increases its life. Quick removal of excess of water/oil is done from sliced potatoes and namkeens is done by this Oil Extracting Machine. A centrifugal dryer is put to use for removing high content of oil and water.
