The 226400 E series is suitable for many applications using the SKF oil injection method. The injector is supplied with an oil reservoir in a compact carrying case. The injector can be mounted directly onto the work piece or connected to an adapter block to make a floor standing model, making it easy to connect pressure gauges and high pressure pipes. For applications where 400 MPa (58 000 psi) is required, the SKF 226400 E400 is available.

We are offering high pressure oil injector. Gm high pressure oil injector pump gm ip - series manufactured by gm group is designed to operate up to 3000 kgcm2 giving adequate pressure for all normal dismounting applications. The pressure required to dismount bearing assemblies is 200 to 500 kgcm2 range; and for torque-transmission joints is 800 to 1800 kgcm2 range. In optional case the pressure required is 2500 to 3000 kgcm2 is required.

This instrument is used for controlled injection of the silicon oil into the eye with minimal efforts. The syringe filled with silicon oil is loaded onto the injector. Slow rotation of the handle pushes the syringe piston forward injecting the silicon oil in the eye. both 5 ml & 10 ml syringes can be loaded. Made in stainless steel. Autoclavable. Special attachment to firmly hold the infusion cannula in place.

The exact metered quantity of oil is injected without air (airless), and without producing an oil mist, while the chain is in operation. The quantity of oil is miniscule ensuring there is no dripping. The lubricant can be directly applied via brushes or lubrication points.
