Specifications: Top – Bull Nose or Cut Nose to suit different requirements. We have different varieties of Cones available in 2⁰, 3⁰30, 4⁰20, 5⁰57, 9⁰15 and other specifications. Available for OE, Winding, TFO, Textool Doublers, Texturising, Rubbing, etc. The surfaces of the cones by Kosmos are of two types, i.e. Knurling or Plain Groove, but can be provided in any other form also, as per the requirement of the customer. We produce high grade perforated cones with a conacity ranging from 3° 30, 4° 20, 5° 57 to 9° 15, in different dimensions with roundbull nose and cut nose. The eccentricity is within standards and fitting is as per customer’s specifications. Our superior quality perforated cones are suitable for high temperature dyeing and available in one-time or multiple use according to customer’s requirement. They are manufactured from special glass-filled polypropylene or polycarbonate material for increased durability, performance & strength.
