TGL Phthalate Free Plastisol is a dispersion of fine polymer particles in a liquid phthalate free plasticizer. Other components are added according to necessity, such as pigment, fillers, thixotropic agents, blowing agents, stabilizer etc. Under ambient storage conditions the polymer does not dissolve to any extent in the plasticizer, but on heating to temperatures typically above 100 Deg C. TGL Phthalate free Plastisol Inks are used in coatings for textiles. TGL Phthalate free Plastisol Inks are suitable for print onto any kind of fabric. The characteristics of these inks grant a low bleed onto coloured synthetic fabrics. The series is composed of ready-to-print colours. These colours are ideal for wet on wet printing, while on Lycra it is advisable to flash cure between colours. These inks are also suitable for the printing of cold and hot peel transfers.
