Blades are welded on rotors axle; it also has water cooling system through holes on shaft to maintain excellent cooling. Gear Box : Indigenous Gear Box with forged steel gears hardened and grounded, stand make bearings. The body of gear box is fabricated, bored and phased. Connecting Gear Box : Two Nos of rotor gears along with coupling are fitted inside the box and the same is being attached with the main shaft of main gear box. Tilting System : Screw type tilting mechanism along with motor and motors break are fitted with the chamber of kneader. Pneumatic Air Cylinder is provided to compress the material during the process of compounding. Pusher (Elephant Leg) is fitted on air piston/cylinder.
