The Piles Of Sheets Are Pressed Between The Lower And Upper Plate Of The Machine. The Pressure An Sheets Are Regulated By Spring Action Which Gives An Even Impression To The Pressed Sheets. The Upper Plated Moves Up And Down By A Eversible Switch. This Machine Is Also Available In Hydraulic Pressing Model.

Six Jaw Clamping System with six Hydraulic System Operated Jaws, from top side. Ejector System for each size of GRP Coupler, fixed with one hydraulic cylinder from bottom side. Sliding Trolley System for inserting & removing the GRP Coupler from left side of the equipment. Three different types of assemblies for fixing the GRP Couplers, suitable for ring diameter from 300 mm to 500 mm, with height of 270 mm "&" for ring diameter above 500 mm, with height of 330 mm. For rings of 350 and 450 mm, special plates and ejector rings are provided. For rings of 300, 400 and 500 mm, the distance boxes are provided. To keep the ring on bottom plate while lifting the upper plate by Hydraulic Cylinder, additional different type of hooks are provided for diameter & 450 mm for rest of the rings, hooks will be same. To eject the ring from bottom plate after lifting the upper plate, ejectors pins are provided below the bottom plate,for safe operation. Male rings for upper plate & bottom plate along with the sealing rubber ring, are provided for all the coupler sizes, as given below. Sizes are: 300, 350, 400, 450, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900,1000, 1100, 1200, 1300, 1400, 1500,1600, 1700, 1800, 1900, 2000, 2100, 2200,2300, 2400, 2500 & 2600. All functions like lifting the upper plate,movement of six clamping jaws, ejection of specimen ring are driven by hydraulic cylinders. [Total 8 Nos. Hydraulic Cylinders are provided for all the operations] Power pack & control panel for all hydraulic cylinders [operations]. High pressure piping from power pack to all hydraulic cylinders, is provided.
