This Single station machine is designed to wind internal stator/in-flux motor stators. With a fully automatic needle type winding head engineered to carry wire through the stator slots, the copper consumption is drastically reduced compared to conventional winding techniques. Features: Completely automatic operation with Needle Type Winding Head engineered to carry wire through the stator slots with high speeds. The machines are PLC controlled and deliver high level of accuracy with AC Servo motors coupled to precision mechanics in each axis. Automatic core indexing driven by direct drive motor with infintiely programmable indexing angle to achieve different winding positions and wire routing paths. Coordinated movement of winding head, core indexer and head traverse to achieve very complex wire routing configurations with ease. Optimum combination of mechanical, pneumatic and electronic systems incorporated in the machine provide high performance coupled with reliable operations and simplicity in maintenance. Electronic wire tension control through PLC to achieve precise tension. Programmable tension for different stages of winding facilitates achieving better winding quality and flexibility in routing. Robust machine frame to dampen the vibrations and withstand large loads generated during high-speed winding.
