SCOPE OF STRUCTURAL AUDIT SERVICES: PART - I (STRUCTURAL AUDIT & CONDITION SURVEY) In which, our Engineers carry out thorough inspection of entire building. Note down all visible defects, deterioration & its quantification. These are marked on floor drawings from which estimate is worked out. Diagnosis of damages, Suggest remedial measures, Submission of the condition survey & structural audit report, priority wise estimate for rehabilitation, condition survey drawings, photographs. Note: Necessity of Non destructive testing (NDT) will be decided after inspection of structure. NDT charges will be extra and as per actual. PART- II (TENDER DOCUMENTATION AND CONTRACTOR SELECTION) In which we prepare the tender document for execution of rehabilitation, bill of quantities, and invite bids from contractors experienced in similar works. On receiving the bids we analyse the same and assist you in selecting and negotiating with suitable contractor. PART- III (EXECUTION OF WORK: PROJECT MANAGEMENT) Which includes Project planning using latest software of planning and controlling Project monitoring according to schedule Supervision of works at all crucial points, recording of joint measurements. Bi weekly meetings, Project cost update & progress report. Certification of bills. Settlement of claims from contractor if any, etc.
