Being highly efficient, our Bio Fertilizer Screening Plant can screen up to (-) 3 mm particle size which is accumulated at the bottom of the plant and then packed in bags which is bio-fertilizer. Components : 3 Stage ScreenBucket ElevatorStructure and Chutes to discharge various fractions separately Working of Bio Fertilizer Screening Plant : The composted mixture is loaded in hopper manually. There after Bucket Elevator takes the mixture to the top screen where material slowly passes through various screens separated according to size. The chutes are provided to direct the screened material to the desired spot. We manufacture both, mobile as well as stationery plant. The capacity of the plant can vary from 2.5 to 8 tones of composted garbage per hour.
