CUSTOMER SCOPE:
*Should Provide air line , power, oil line till the filling point.
*Oil should reach filling point with sufficient gravity flow. OR Intermediate Overhead tank with automatic
level controller at the height of 7 feet above the ground level of capacity not less than 2 KL.
*Provide required manpower and dead weights to calibrate the machine.
WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Oil from Intermediate storage tank will flow by gravity to the filling point. For this storage tank bottom level
should be at the height of 7 feet from ground level. Using keyboard in the indicator we can feed various settings
and weight can be seen in the digital display. Weighing platform and one side ramp with top rollers will make the
operator to handle the drum easily. By pressing START button the fill valve moves into mouth the of drum (to
avoid spillage) with the help of pneumatic telescopic cylinder and start filling. Filling will be done accurately by
dual feed valve. By reaching pre-set quantity the valve will be automatically closed and will be moved upwards to
take out the drum from weighing platform.
