The Dredge Hose range includes both suction and discharge dredge hoses , dredge gimbal joint hoses and dredge sleeves.
Features:
Excellent for heavy duty sand suction applications, slurries and abrasive materials. Reinforced with multiple plies of high strength tyre cord fabric to assure maximum tensile strength and to absorb vibration and shock.
Built for suction and discharge applications, these high quality hoses are made with a high tensile spring steel wire helix/heavy steel rings, designed to cater to heavy dynamic loads.
The Dredge Hose can be custome made to any size and is available with a broad array of flange types.
Technical Specifications:
Tube: Antistatic Nr / PBR rubber, smooth, black, abrasion resistant.
Reinforcement: Multiple plies of synthetic fabric with rubber encapsulated high tensile spring steel wire helix/heavy steel rings.
Cover: Antistatic Nr/ SBR rubber, black, wrapped finish, abrasion and ozone reistant.
Working Temperature:--350C / +70C
Branding: Dredging Hose W.P15 Bar S.F 3:1
Standard Length: Rolls of 10m, 20m & 40 m
