SSEC Compaction Table are used for uniform compaction of the Mould resulting in attaining uniform hardness.
The vibrators cause a perfectly undirectional vibration, perpendicular to the vibrating surface, whose amplitude is manually adjusted from zero to the maximum when the machine is at rest.
The machine can be operated by simply pressing the cycle push-button when it is part of an automatic plant. When it is used as a stand alone machine. It is to be operated by means of a lever control distributor and a pedal by the operators.
The Special anti-wear hard rubber coating of the surface contacting the support plate keeps the noise level below the limits allowed by law.
Proper high efficiency pneumatic lifting shock absorbing devices, isolate the vibrating part from the floor preventing the vibrations being transmitted to the base.
A pressure switch in the Pneumatic circuit stops the machine operation in case of low pressure inside the feeding circuit.
The vibrating table can be eqippped with an "Inverter" providing a variation of the vibrating frequency to suit the compaction to the different types and sizes of moulds as well as to the types of binders used.
