A Flaker is made of 2 or 4 rolls among which one side is stationary and the other single roll or two rolls are moving.It continuously keeps the pressure on the rolls to provide optimum force on them to flake the split to a maximum extent.

The unit is insulated with PUF for minimal thermal losses. It requires plain tap water connection. Ice flakes coming out from the crushing assembly only within 25 minutes and are collected in a collecting bin for ready use. Continuous availability of Ice Flakes till the machine is on. Unit gets automatically cut off when the collecting bin is full of ice flakes thereby saving the power consumption. Collecting bin is fully insulated with 'PUF' which prevents melting of ice flakes. Indigenously designed and manufactured unit with INDIAN components which are readily available for replacement. Well balanced refrigeration system with hermetic sealed compressor, condenser, fan motor assembly & NON-CFC refrigerant gas to cool the crusher assembly for producing ice. Crusher assembly is made of Stainless Steel and is driven by heavy duty induction motor coupled to reduction gear. Crusher assembly is supplied with water from in-built water collecting tank, which is fitted with a float valve for regulating water supply. The Flaking surface of the drum is duly ground and hard chromed with superior finish for fast and uniform formation of Flakes and prevention of dried material being stuck on the drum surface after scrapping. The drum is provided with a Hollow shaft for entry of Cooling medium. Rotary joint is provided on the hollow shaft at the Intel and Mist of Cooling medium.
