We offer seamless rolled rings. Seamless rolled ring forging is typically performed by punching a hole in a thick, round piece of metal (creating a donut shape), and then rolling the donut into a thin ring. We have 4 ring rolling mills equipped with schulererfurt presses with capacity to produce rings upto 550mm (21 inch) outer dia and upto 25 kg (55 lbs) in weight. We can also make contoured rings so as to reduce the machining allowances to a minimum and make them very similar to the final shapes.

We offer closed die forgings. Closed die forging presses metal between two dies that contain a precut profile of the desired part. This process can yield more complex shapes and closer tolerances than open-die forging. We have 4 drop hammers and 2 friction screw presses for carrying out this operation producing pieces upto 35 kg (77 lbs) in weight.
