We manufacture a wide range of Jigger machine for the textile mills. Our Jiggers are versatile in nature and are available with electrical drive and are been used for Scouring, Bleaching and Dyeing processes in the textile mills.  

FABRIC FEEDER Fabric unwinding device with fabric tension roller for fabric rolls. COATING PADDING Stainless steel Coating/Padding unit. This unit could handle all fabric of width up 1600-1800mm depends on machine model. The Speeds of Coating/Padding and speed of fabric are adjustable according to used fabric with SS liquid tank for Padding formula. DRYER The dryer is infrared, double walled and is fully insulated to minimize any heat loss. The heating and regulation are controlled via a digital temperature controller situated on the electrical cabinet. Small exhaust fan is situated on top of dryer. BATCHING Fabric re-winder can accommodate rolls Upto 250 mm diameter and includes speed control.

Electric Steamer Fabricated from S.S. Tubler Steaming chamber capacity 25 mtr. loading with internal SS steam jacket, insulation with Ceramic wool covered with M.S. Sheet with Perforated Roll for warping of cloth to be Steamed Fabric with SS Boiler water filling pump and receptive cock with water filling cane and with temperature sensor and boiler complete with electric heaters (3 kw) with control panel etc.
