We have vast range of multipurpose subrack (card frame) made of suitable grade aluminium extrusions (rails) and high grade aluminium sheets. our subracks have been designed in a way to meet precision and stability suitable for critical applications of the product. bom of standard subrack: side panels: 2 nos front extrusions: 2 nos rear extrusions: 2 nos 19ã¢ï¿½ï¿½ mounting extrusions (side angles): 2 nos hardware set standard configuration available: width (in hp): 21, 28, 42, 63, & 84 depth (in mm): 182, 242, 302 & 362 heights (in u): 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6 side plates: standard versions are pre-punched mounting holes at a pitch of 15mm giving the user more flexibility (this enables mounting of additional aluminium extrusions as and when required). it also has half shear to provide easy and faster assembly of extrusions in the side plate. The standard subrack comes with front extrusions (suitable for mounting front or facia panels), rear extrusions (suitable for mounting vme motherboard) having groove for threaded inserts (strips). these front & rear extrusions are mounted using dual screws on either side to ensure strength and proper alignment.

the ecocase std (standard type) instrument casings have been designed to meet cost effective requirements of table top electronics packaging in indoor ambience. the 84 & 81 hp width casing can be provided with 'l-shaped height extrusion' for 19" rack or panel mountable versions. these l-shaped aluminium extrusion can also be mounted externally for mounting any size of ecocase stb on some mounting plate or bracket or wall. this arrangement is retrofitted. ecocase std is all aluminum construction and modular in design. the easy to use and flexible design offers high functionality and easier modifications. the top & bottom covers and front & rear (screw-on type) panels could be removed easily to access mounted electronics from all around. ventilation slots can be provided in top, bottom or side panels. good air flow achieved through ventilation ensures a long lifespan for the internal electronics. the bottom covers are supplied with provision for fixing case feet by default. our casings are an ideal match for systems valuable electronics, and liberates electronics engineer from the headaches of designing and getting mechanical housing fabricated. now he may just concentrate what he loves doing, in more professional way.

Standard Facia Panels are made of 2.5mm Aluminium Sheet in naturally anodised finish. These are available in various width and height to suit the applications. Typical Facia Panel will have one (or two for 6U) Facia Handle, Four sets of Bush Facia and Collar Screw and Two Die Cast PCB Holder mounted on inner surface.

EcoCase RMT is 'Rack Mount Version' of EcoCase. Please note Rack Mount Kit can not be retrofitted in EcoCase Standard Casings. The Casing has two 'T' shaped Aluminium Extrusion with suitable 19" mounting holes on it. These Rack Mount Kit is screw mounted to Width Extrusion and holds Side Panels in between.
