Manufacturing Locations: Plants are located across the entire country in Ghaziabad (U.P.), 2 plants in Raigad (Maharashtra), and Bellary (Karnataka). The fifth plant near Hyderabad, Telengana has been recently started.
Installed Capacity: 0.7 MMT per annum , size ½’’ to 20’’ (wall thickness upto 12.7mm).

UL Certification: Jindal Star ERW Pipes are UL certified for water based fire protection systems.

Pipe Corrosion Protection Systems: Apart from Galvanizing facilities, the Group also has pipe corrosion protection facilities at its coating plant in Raigad, Maharashtra. This facility can provide 3LPE, 3LPP, FBE coatings on black and galvanized pipes.
