Depositing radiographic quality weld with medium penetration, arc heaving a smooth flat bead of fine ripples. The weld metal has good corrosion resistant containing, Cr – Ni – Cu, Alloy weld metal. The weld metal gives high resistant to atmospheric corrosion electrodes is further characteristics, soft & smooth arc, easy slag removal, low spatter & excellent weld bead.APPLICATION :Sundeep 8018 W is suitable for welding of high tensile steel having similar composition as weld metal for welding of the similar composition steel having high resistant to atmospheric corrosion as compared to normal steel and specially recommended for welding of weathering steel such as CORTON STEEL.
