VENTURI SCRUBBER Dirty gas enters into scrubber through a venturi throat where it comes in contact with water. The air at the throat moves at a high velocity which intercepts with water droplets, dust particles are captured and removed from the gas stream. The dirty water is then separated in a cyclonic separator and removed in recycle tank. Continuous addition of small amount of water limits the solid concentration in recirculation water.
