150 tons of castings are produced per month. 1. 3.0 -75kgs castings are produced in green sand mold process 2. 0.50 - 10.00 kgs castings are produced by shell mold process 3. Casting material is grey iron and ductile iron. 4. All castings are supplied with machining. 5. Both physical lab and chemical lab facilities are there to verify the castings properties. 6. CMM and other measuring instruments are available to inspect the machined castings.
