Properties : ALGITILEGUARD S is an acrylic based durable, protective, decorative, water and weatherproof coating for concrete. masonry, day tiles and brick surfaces. ALGITILEGUARD S is designed as a super durable tile coating with added antifungal additive for excellent antifungal property. Method of Usage : The surface to be coated should be dry and free from all impurthes like dirt, grease, old paint, algae etc. which can be removed by wire brushing the surface. Once this is done, apply ALGITILEGUARD 5 usng brush. The tile / wall surface should be totally dry. For Gloss, Matt Coating: Apply 2 coats of ALGUILEGUARD 5 based on requirement. Coverage : 50-60 Sq. R. per litre for 2 coats depending on smoemness and surface absorpoon.

RAINSEAL: Polymer emulsion, 100% Acrylic coating, is an elastomeric, single pack roofing compound, which is designed as membrane coating to improve the elongation properties to bridge the existing and future cracks over a wide temperature range. It is a self-cured component application which forms an impervious, tough, hard and abrasion resistant coating. It has exceptional strength and inflammability that prevent peeling, fungus and algae growth. It acts as both waterproof and weather durable coating. Based on special Acrylic Polymers, it is ideal for dry substrate where it forms a seamless, joint free, water and weather tight elastic membrane. Rainseal is suitable for applications to most types of roofs – flat or pitched e.g Concrete, GI Sheets, Metal, Asbestos, wood etc. As it forms a white Colour membrane, there is a direct temperature reduction of upto 4C. It gives a coverage of upto 220-250 Sft per 20 L Pail.
