Cutting of Stainless Steel plates for smaller thickness, lot of non-conventional methods like lazar, plasma cutting process are available. As there is heat involvement in this type of process there is a change in mechanical properties.  We are cutting huge thickness of Stain Steel plates and machine components without any taper. We are having 8 no. Of vertical band saw machines we can cut aluminium plates in different profiles. Circles upto 1500mm dia and thickness upto 100 mm can be easily cut. in the following image the aluminium block of 450 x 250 x 85 mm thick is cut along length wise into two half. One half of size 450 x 125 x 85 mm is further cut into 5 pieces of size 125 x 16 x 450 mm. till now we have cut the circle cutting of size 1500mm dia and 38 mm thick aluminium plate.

A different range of vertical band saws (amada vac-500, thil, all cut, maru-mwm-14) provides the ability to cut various alloy steel (ferrous ,nonferrous) and non-metals plates up to a maximum 150mm thick (aluminium plates up to 250mm). On amada vac-500 being the most recent additions and with rotary table attachment facility we can cut internal pockets and round cutting in plates (1000mm dia up to 100mm thick, in case of aluminium it will very). We can cut Aluminium plates up to a size of 1250 x 2500 x 250 mm thick plate. Depend upon the block size the thickness will vary up to 450mm.
