Our tool room is one of the most advanced tooling facilities in the country, capable of making some of the largest single piece tools giving us the technological and competitive edge in developing various types of large laminations of very tight tolerances. The tool rooms also makes jigs and fixtures and pressure die casting for our machine shop. The tool room is equipped with all development software and high precision equipment. We supply a wide range of assembled stator cores with stacking under hydraulic pressure and then cleating or welding or riveting such assemblies. Assembly of stator core up to a diameter of 2000mm with circular and segmental laminations and securing such assembled core with end rings thick laminations and coined laminations to make a ready to use assembly.

We supply ready to use assembled rotor cores with stacking under hydraulic pressure and cleating or welding or riveting. We can assemble rotor cores up to 1800mm height complete with spacers, end rings, and flanges and weighing up to 5 toncore.

We supply assembled pole bricks with stacking under hydraulic pressure and welding or core bolting with end castings.
