Rectangular labels are cut on precision high speed Polar guillotine cutting machines. A skilled workforce ensures size variation within extremely small tolerances of +/- 0.25 mm. When the tolerances are tighter, labels are punched to ensure no variation at all. Besides, labels are punched to obtain a variety of shapes as determined by the design of a label. Even border finishes are obtained. The Punching facilities installed are in-line Punching with Rotary Dies, Hydraulic Ram Punching, Platen Punching or Vertical Envelope Punching. The process of punching adopted depends on the label and its order size. Dies are imported or sourced locally depending on the precision and quantities required. Some punched labels produced are for Original Choice Whisky, 8 PM Regular Whisky, Duchess Brandy, Old Admiral Brandy.

Self Adhesive Labels are produced both in rolls ready-to-use for direct application onto the containers or in sheets. These labels are produced on branded label stock or on cost effective unbranded label stock procured from local firms. The base paper could be Cast Coated MirrorCote paper or on Chromo Art paper, as required. Such labels may be Foil Stamped. Half Punching is precise to ensure easy release of the labels. Labels for Major Brands produced include Original Choice Whisky, Mansion House Brandy , Neck Labels of Courier Napoleon Brandy, Neck labels for Royal GoldBrandy, Neck labels for Whytehall Whisky, amongst several others.

cartons are manufactured in a separate plant operating under the name of pd fluted cartons. this unit was set up in 2002 and has comprehensive facilities to produce specialised cartons – including a corrugation machine, liner gluing machine, platen punching machines and an automatic pasting machine.   high quality e-fluted and plain board cartons are produced for large customers such as schneider electric co., malhotra shaving products, hyderabad chemicals, usha fans and many others. personal supervision and a well trained work force ensure very high standards of quality and timely deliveries. an exercise to obtain an iso 9000 : 2008 certification has been undertaken and we should be certified as compliant shortly. the unit caters to the carton requirements of a variety of industries including liquor, electrical equipment, seeds, fans, pesticides etc.,
