Voltage : 3.3 KV to 33 KV

This facility is a self-contained tower manufacturing facility to manufacture towers upto 400 kV range. This unit has an installed capacity of 48000 MTPA of various types of towers. This unit is extremely useful and competitive to manufacture Proto-types, small batch quantities and more importantly, for tower testing. A full fledged Tower Testing Facility to test towers upto and including 1200 kVA is coming up at this location.

The Galvanizing Plant has a galvanization capacity of 108,000 MT per annum and is equipped with sophisticated in-house laboratory for chemical testing facilities. This facility is shared by both Towers and Poles divisions. The controlled treatment of the galvanizing process includes degreasing, pickling and fluxing for an ideal reaction between Steel and Zinc resulting in a homogeneous galvanization. The pre-heating chamber further ensures uniform drying and pre-heating of steel to give an excellent surface finish and uniform coating of zinc.
