Schematic Industries are specialists at manufacturing bespoke, client specific Barrier Isolator systems to cGMP and cGAMP standards. We manufacture both Rigid and Flexible barrier isolator systems with a negative pressurised internal environment and Rigid isolators with positive pressurised internal environments. Our negative (-ve) barrier isolators are essential where the process media is hazardous, dangerous or has an unacceptably high toxic level. These barrier isolator systems operate under a light vacuum (100 Pa) to provide an uncompromising and continuous isolation of the interior from the external environment. This also provides a risk-free environment for the operator as potent vapours are taken to the systems filtered exhaust rather towards to operator. A pre-established sample quantity is directly pulled into the sampling container in a closed-loop manner. The operator can see exactly what is happening in the sampling pot and is always in control, but never at risk. Unlike conventional systems, cleaning of the sampling pot is easy, fast and risk-free.

schematic industries candle filters comprise of a group of columnar filter elements sealed within a pressure vessel to produce a cake with dry solids contents as high as 80% and filtrate of extremely high clarity. our candle filters are customisable and provide for thin-cake pressure filtration, cake washing, drying, re-slurry and automatic discharge as well as heel filtration. They are typically installed for clarification and recovery applications from liquids with low solids content from 5% to less than 1% solids and even down to trace amounts. the schematic candle filters are a safer solution than traditional leaf filters as in a leaf filter the carbon has to be removed manually with each operation. As carbon is a pyro-hazardous material it poses a significant risk to operators involved in filtering and cleaning equipment. Our multi-tube carbon filter design provides automatic discharge, whereby the carbon is directly discharged into a container without any manual human contact. as filtrate is pumped into filter, mother liquor is sent to ml tank and solids are collected on filter candle(s). By reverse flush method, wet cake is discharged and collected into a container positioned below the filter. The toxicity levels of argochemicals, for example, can cause serious operator injury and/or fatality if the substance exposure is incorrectly managed. schematic has a number of blending product technologies to suit a range of applications and client requirements. Commonly, blending takes one of two forms; mechanical rotary blending or gas blending with the objective to create a homogeneous blend of two or more powders, two or more fluids and/orr at least one fluid with at least one powder. at the larger particle size level, we provide de lumper technology.
