Sealing rollers (made of high carbon steel) rotate on bearing to give smooth motion for uniform sealing. Minimum time required to change over from one size of cap to another. Screw management is provided for accurate height sealing. Machine top covers & platform are made of stainless steel which complies with high standards of GMP. Separate motors are provided for lifting and sealing operations controlled by overload tripping starter. No regular lubrication required.
