The fittings have been tested and confirm to the BS-1139. The fitting are tested to resist corrosion having a comlete zinc coating with chromate passivation.Pressed Swivel Couplers connect two scaffold tubes at any angle to provide a ledger brace, façade or similar bracing. Swivel coupler are available in 40X40 mm , 40X50 mm, 50X50mm nominal bore bore (NB) pipes.

The design is based on a strong one piece body with flaps & eye bolts that can be removed for maintenance or replacement. Right angled couplers are available in 40X40 mm nominal bore (NB) pipes.

Made up of high grade steel pipe 48mm diameter x 3mm thick. The Standards Vertical & Ledger (Horizontal) are two components of cup lock scaffolding system. The standard vertical cup lock pipe are formed by two cups – fixed bottom cup which is welded to the standard vertical pipe while the movable top cup rotated downwards to tightened the horizontal ledger pipe. The forged blade welded at the end of horizontal ledger pipe.

Adjustabe props made up of M. S Pipe 60 mm & 48 mm diameter . Adjustable prop is for supporting concretes slab & beams . It can be adjusted to any length within its range . It can be made in variable U- Head , Fork Head & T- Head . Prop consist of two different OD pipes , a base plate prop nut & U- Head . Inner pipe could be adjustable according to the requirement range . Props are available in Dipped painted, Powder coated, Hot galvanized.
