We are offering blasting machine the tumblast equipment is widely used and popular for shot blasting of small to medium sized casted and forged components.the machine is a heavy duty fabrication duly fitted with alloy steel liners and rubber lined as necessary to protect from internal wear. A heavy duty endless rubber belt is placed inside equipment that holds job components under a blast wheel. The belt rotates to tumble the job components constantly thus exposing all faces under the blast stream. The blasted shots are recovered and recycled into the blast wheel while dust generated is transferred into a fabric bag dust collector.

We have manufactured open type portable sand blasting machines for following applications : cleaning of pipes and vessels cleaning of structural steel cleaning of sculptures and monuments cleaning of bridges, tanks, removal of rust, corrosion and scales re-conditioning and surface preperation before painting. Selection of sand : a variety of abrasive media is used as sand. The selection of sand depends on application and use. Operator safety : we take care of safety of operator and process by providing a complete set of operator's safety suit. Our equipment models like portable abrasive blaster and blast room systems ensure sand blasting in a total safe and secure work environment, control of flying dust is maintained by installing dust collectors. The blasting process is mechanised for sand re-cycling and re-use.
