Press sheet door frames made of 1.2 mm galvanized steel sheets having a 120 gm hot galvanize coat that gives a true rust resist-ency. The forming of the frames is being done with CNC machines to give utmost precision quality. The three sided door frame come with a hinge jamb, a lock jamb and a header. Hinges are mortised and finely screwed on a heavy 10 gauge pre punched and taped plate with galvanize machine screws. The lock jamb is lass with guarded cavities to accommodate almost all type of hardware that is lock, AL drop and tower bolt. A spreader bar is welded at the bottom of the frame to maintain right angel till fixing. The both vertical sides of the frame have masonry wall anchors to grip with wall. All sides of frame are set up and welded. Welding joints are ground and smooth. Frames come with a factory applied red oxide zink based metal primer. In field they are painted with satin or mat finish enamel paints of desired color. Our standard frame profile is 120 mm * 60 mm but they can be customize as per the need of client. In the list of salient features they are unmatched durable, rust resistant, free from termite, beautiful and even economical also. Last but not the least after finishing hardly one can judge it as a non-wood. They are suitable to any type of doors wood or metal.
