Ripple cups are essentially a two-in-one cup. They are a single wall paper cup with a layer of rippled paper glued to the outside. Basically a normal paper coffee cup with a paper coffee sleeve glued to the outside.   we use the inner layer of the ripple wall cup with food-safe PLA or polyethylene interior coating, which helps prevent leaks and moisture seepage. At the same time, the outer layer of the ripple wall cup is a ripple textured exterior providing additional insulation and eliminating the need for a sleeve.
